After 1 year searching location to new home and office we found one and now been building everything with empty house no pipes electricity no nothing inside and soon it is done some sneak peak from nice cables i run there got 2 fiber cables coming in and then each floor and room has minimum 4 ethernet ports mounted on wall and on ceilings have AX 3000 Access Points for decent wifi and yes small server rack to included now to get all the magic done. 2 floors dedicated for office space and 12 employers rest 3 floors are private living spaces.

inside ceiling work is ongoing and kitchen is coming together with walls paint waiting, then just construcion cleaners and all furnitures in place and can relax

Niice, I need to fix up a new office too ... my problem is I have no idea how cables get from A to B at the moment, need to get a contractor in to figure it out.

yeah lucky us since we had good contractor and empty shell so we could plan everything and electric man is a good on doing what we wanted. He even brought other electrisians there to teach and show how we wanted the electric done. there is build in 48 port Switch to connect all with cat 6e cables so future proofed setup all piped so easy to fix and change if need. Got some delays tho we are now on Painting stage then comes construction cleaners and then is just furnitures in and we move even got 2 fibres 1024Mbps/1024Mbps connections straight in

Moved in months ago and lots of issues and fixing stuff and spending time to fix more mistakes and issues than building, but finally got almost all stuff on rack still waiting rack shelfs to organize it better but here it is

24-port 1GB switch for all private network
Have 5 times AX accespoints for private network
12 port 100MB switch for isolated security network for cameras, alarms, electronic locks, fire alarms and intercom/doorbell with triple screens on floors
Second router for isolated company network and staff connections
Local 16TB 12 port camera feed recorder for 1 month rotation

Still dirty as F and not perfect managed cables, but slowly after all dusty fixes done will deep clean it and when shelfs arrives everything is much better looking
